This is a 10-class online series that spans from March 10th - April 9th 2025 on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30PM.
Classes are livestreamed via zoom and participants are welcome to join or practice at their own pace using the recorded sessions.
“Build your Base” will be a Pilates driven class with a goal to strengthen the legs, lower abdominals and glutes. Some standing yoga postures and work with light weights will be included. A strong base equals a healthy and happy spine so the class is especially recommended for those suffering from lower back pain. The class will intensify gradually over the 5 weeks.
Students will need 2 hand weights (5-20lbs) and a chair.
