


Unwinding the Neck
If you struggle with chronic neck and shoulder pain, this series is for you!
After learning several techniques to release tension in the neck and shoulders we will spend time strengthening the postural muscles of the upper back to support a healthy range of motion in the cervical spine.
Classes will begin supine using meditation and breath to relax the nervous system, stretches and movements will start out very subtle and throughout the hour the exercises will increase in the range of motion and level of exertion. There will be some fully body movements and postures toward the end of the sessions for you to integrate the work and of course, class will close with a savasana.
By the end of the series, you will have an arsenal of exercises that can be used throughout your normal day to day life whenever some tension release is needed.
