7-Day Pilates Challenge
This is a Mat Pilates challenge that includes 8 consecutive online classes meant to be practiced for 8 consecutive days. The class begins Thursday May 1st and concludes the following Thursday May 8th. This challenge is appropriate for all levels of movement but beginner level experience in calisthenics, core work, yoga or pilates is preferred. The class will start with low intensity and slowly build throughout the week so that students complete the session feeling stronger and more integrated.
Pilates is beneficial for all people but especially those who have an active lifestyle. Those who participate in sports, endurance racing and even reformer pilates will notice a difference in the quality of their movement after a week of mat work.
The classes are offered live-streamed at 8am every day for 1 week. Following each class, students will receive an email with a link to the recorded session.
