This is a 10 class condensed series to complement your summer routine. Online classes will be 45 minutes long and practiced in the morning hours, traditionally the most appropriate time to practice yoga.
Classes will begin seated with breath and meditation. Some light core work and warm ups will be completed before moving on to Surya Namaskar (sun salutation) A and B. Each session will highlight a different standing pose before cooling down with a brief savasana. The sessions are designed to instill a habit of breathing and stretching first thing in the morning.
